Return Policy

All returns must be made within thirty (30 days). Hear & See America, Inc. Customer Service Department must issue an authorization number and shipping instructions prior to the return of goods. Returns without authorization numbers will be refused. Returns must be unopened and in saleable condition.

Should you choose to return items within thirty (30) days, you must call for authorization and prepay shipping charges.

Shortages and Damages

Shortages must be reported to the Hear & See America, Inc. Customer Service Department within ten (10) days of delivery. Notice of damaged or defective merchandise must be made to the Hear & See America, Inc. Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of receipt of order. Defective product or products sent in error will be corrected, replaced or credited.
